- Labour: the three stages and the importance of labour hormones
- Ways to work with your labour

We encourage you to take an active role throughout your pregnancy and the labour itself, as we feel that this gives the parent-child relationship the best possible start.

- Active Birth Course (approx 12 hours)
- "Preparing for Birth" Books for women and men and evidence based information.
- A minimum number of course participants are required for the course to proceed.
- A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required in the case of personal cancellation.
“We found the course a great way to meet other expectant parents and find out information about all aspects of impending parenthood. It was a great opportunity to hear the differing views on controversial issues as it helped us understand the issues and the options available to us.”
